An absolute night mare. Worst customers service i ever get. I paid almost $4k for this range with missing part and they refuse to repair it. They claim that new management. Not honour old commitment
Terrible customer service as well as knowledge on their own parts... We have had to order and RE-Order the same parts for 1 unit several times as everytime shippment would arrive, parts were either damaged or wrong. Have not been able to speak to management after trying for weeks. They will not refund us of wrong parts. If you can use another parts supplier i highly recommend
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a controller, but they shipped a display board instead. Their own technician confirmed the mistake. Before it even arrived, they realized they sent the wrong part and made me ship it back. Then, they still sent the incorrect part again. Before shipping, they asked for a photo of the machine’s display board to confirm the model, but we had already agreed on the controller. They are now falsely blaming the photo for their error. When I went in person to resolve the issue, Stan screamed at us and aggressively refused to exchange the incorrect part, despite it being unused and in its original packaging. The general manager was present but wouldn’t speak with us. Their refund policy, clearly posted on their till and invoice, states that while they don’t offer refunds, all items are eligible for exchange as store credit. It does not exclude parts. I simply requested the correct part or store credit, but they still refused. Their extremely shady business practices and refusal to fix their own mistake make this a company I would never recommend. I should have listened to reviews! This deserves to be reported to the BBB.
Beware!! When you order online you won't get an invoice number confirmation email but funds will be taken from your account. When you call to inquire they will dismiss you for not having an invoice number - pressure them to look up name and address as they have a record of the transaction. After 3 months and no delivery and multiple phone calls and promises of delivery every week, I canceled order for refund. If you run a business you need the equipment to stay open. Refund was promised in 10-15 days, 2 months and no refund. When you call they have the following lines: You will have it by Friday, manager is at other warehouse, owner past away, its not us its Shopify that deals with the refund. Most times they are rude and dismissive of your complaint of waiting 4 months for a refund. Ended up recording all phone calls to make a case ** ***** for the police to investigate.
