We have been customers of free energy for over 50 years, a few new furnaces, air conditioners they have always been there for us, but the last two days changing from oil to gas was a very big decision on our part. I’m getting a new furnace and air conditioner. At the same time it seemed in my mind, a hard work but they pulled it off in less than two days. All the old is out all the new is in. We have heat tonight and it smells beautiful in here. My home is clean. My grounds are clean and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for anyone they’re there when you need them. You can call day or night with a problem and they come from the ladies who answer the phone to the gentleman who bring the oil or service thank you very much.
I recently requested my oil tank to be removed, Frew Energy is very responsive, they quickly sent Steve to assess and provide quote in the same day, the price is reasonable and even got discount. Steve is very nice and reliable, arranged the work efficiently. At the day of working, the crew Jim, Ray, Brandon are amazing, they got the job quickly done, cleaned the site, put a lot of consideration for the place. They are very polite and kind, extended their help to remove one old oil bin. I'm very grateful for their great service!
Been with Frew for over 20 years. Supposably Grandfathered for pricing. Our Protection plan went from $200 to Over $800, ($815.95) within 1 Year! Not impressed with this type of increase. A gradual price increase, I would understand, but over $600 in one season? Why would you do this to your most loyal customer's? Will update, as more information becomes clear.
Cathy needs to be coached on professionalism, politeness and customer service. When asked a simple question she got upset, yelled at me and hung up the phone. Not sure I want to deal with a company who treats their customers this way.
Richard did a great job installing our oil furnace which was no easy task. He stayed until 9:30 to get the job done. We were so happy to have heat again! Thank you, Richard.
Mike McGuire our installer and team were great. Very professional and polite. Quickly installed air conditioner. Perry our salesman explained the process and was very friendly. Darlene made sure that all equipment was on site the day before install. Was a very professional quick and efficient process. Would recommend to anyone.... and just in time for the heatwave.... very cool.
I've been stuck using these guys for 12 years and believe me when i say their service really blows. Every time i order fuel all I get is empty promises on delivery date,Many times I had to go 2 weeks before delivery.I swear that they wait until the price of fuel goes up before I get fuel.I strongly suggest getting your fuel elsewhere.
