Thank you bedsmart we got a high loft bed from abby delivery and setup in downtown Toronto was super quick. The bed is great quality (maxtrix) and our kid loves it highly recommend to other parents
TLDR: We returned our bed in unopened original packaging and have not had our money refunded. It's been 6 months. My wife and I purchased a loft bed and twin bed together in August. Before delivery a few weeks later in September, we decided that we didn’t need the twin bed after all. After emailing with the head office, we returned the bed in its original packaging mid-October and were told a refund would be issued to our credit card within a week. In February, no refund had been issued. The company has ignored all of our messages (email chains are included as part of this review). We referred the matter to the Better Business Bureau but have been informed that Bedsmart has also ignored the BBB inquiries (screenshot confirmation is attached). We’re out $400 and have no twin bed to show for it (if a refund had not been possible, we would have donated the bed to a family that needs it). As an aside, the loft bed that was delivered is of passable quality. I doubt it will last more than a few years.
We recently bought bunk beds from Bedsmart, and we’re so happy with our choice! These solid wood beds are strong and look great in our kids’ room. The customer service at Bedsmart was fantastic,and putting the beds together was easy. We highly recommend Bedsmart for anyone looking for great bunk beds. These solid wood beds are wonderful addition to our home!
We purchased two bedroom sets for our children. Made from Australian pine. Good solid sturdy furniture. Sal was great to deal with. Highly recommend this place for all parents of little ones!
