Love this shop, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I wish they did events like YuGiOh at better times, but their local crowd is very friendly and makes the experience worthwhile.
PRE-Ordered two sets for the Holiday MTG Final Fantasy Chocobo Bundle and the Scene Box set, both orders were confirmed, then on release cancelled. No one could explain why it was cancelled so there is most definitely perverse incentive going on. If you have the set released and it's confirmed, make people whole or give them legitimate reason for cancelling. Waste of my time and money (I had to drive all the way out to the shop).
Great store for a variety of tcgs. Friends and I travel pretty far to chill with the ppl and play some tcg. Great selection of board games and tcgs and supplies in store and online. Nice that it's next to a bbt place and plenty of food options nearby
Customer service seems to be good, the one thing ill say is the prices are way to high for Pokémon tcg packs. they have a buy 3 get one pack deal but i have paid much less at other lgs without the deal for 3 packs. I would recommend revisiting prices per pack to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Ordered a couple riftbound packs for pickup. The items were well-priced and competitive. The hits were immaculate. When I went to pickup the cards, noticed the shop was spacious, well organized and carried a hefty stock of both board games and various TCGs that are sure to satisfy anyone who comes through. Great experience, will definitely shop here again!
Came in for an event where most LGS's carry prizes for. This store charged the same amount but didn't give out any prizes. They weren't upfront that there was no prize support for this event and didn't tell us until the event was over. Very disappointed with my experience and feel like I was cheated. The prizing is why we come to these events
Terrible store. Clowns there followed me around like I was about to rob the place. Game selection is garbage unless you like funko pops. Store on Yonge street is terrible also. Go anywhere else.
