The Crown Marble team totally amazed us with our kitchen island and marble backsplash! From start to finish, they were super helpful, guiding us through picking the perfect marble. The installation was quick, clean, and spot-on—our kitchen now looks amazing with that gorgeous, polished island and sleek backsplash. I cannot recommend Crown Marble and Granite enough! Peter was knowledgeable, very helpful and patient. He even let me watch my slab being prepared in their state of the art cutting machines! Every measurement was precise and the installers, Larry and John, were efficient, skilled and friendly. In fact everyone I dealt with at Crown, whether in the front office or in the warehouse was professional and personable.
they forgot to do my side splash. The receptionist left the company, Peter,(manager) first agreed to complete the missing parts. Then just ignored my email, phone and text. Do not trust them, will not recommend them. 1 Not the way to do business, if my purchase include them, you should do it. 2 If you, as a manager agreed to do it, then do it. 3 Ignore your customer, avoiding customers just because you try to avoid your job? that is WRONG ! 4 So disappointed with trust...
Terrible customer service. Made a very small purchase and was instructed to call prior to pick up to ensure it was ready. I did so, I was told it was ready. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t ready and would have to come back in two days. No apologies, and “customer” service rep exuded an I could care less attitude. I asked for a refund and went to another store near by, purchased what I needed within 30 minutes, for half the price. Your response to my review is pure fabrication. An apology would have sufficed. I wish you well.
Beautiful job. Perfect cut and great installation. Beware, they take twice as long as they say it will take and they did an unauthorized charge against my Visa to get the balance the day before granite was installed. It was a good thing I liked the job.
