I only have nice things to say about this gym. I am a level 2, fully certified gymnastics coach myself and have been teaching acro/gymnastics to beginner, competitive and provincial level athletes for over 25 years. My daughters got to a point where they needed coaching from someone other then their mom;) After a lot of research I came across Trix Acro Gym. ' I appreciate that the coaches at Trix are qualified and knowledgeable about gymnastics/acrobatic tricks as well as human anatomy. Most importantly they do not rush skills, and they teach the basics and give a proper warm up and cool down. I am a firm believer that you must have solid basics before learning the more difficult tricks:) We love Trix Acro Gym.
