Came to this place to have haircut and the owner offered me $125 including lowlights . I agreed , but I've got very disappoited. I showed the guy the hairstyle I want ( bob cut) but he did not get it. I came back the next day to fix it but the guy who did my hair was on a day off. So, the other guy did my hair. I showed him the hairstyle I want but the guy who did my hair just cut it in a rush (5mins) he didn't even blow my hair to see if it's look good or not. I was very disaapointed. I just leave because I don't want to get mad and create a scene. But I still give the guy a $10 tip. I won't recommend the place.
I showed the hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle desired. Nodded in agreement because he could not speak English. Then he kept on motioning me to come over to get a wash. I declined but another hairdresser insisted it was necessary and I agreed trying to avoid a scene. When I looked at my haircut it was nothing like the picture I showed him and in fact much shorter than I desired. He blowed my hair just using the hairdryer and his hands and sis not even style it. When I went to pay he charged me $45 for a wash, cut and blow dry. I explained to a hairdresser that a discount should be given since I was provided services that I didn't ask for and my haircut was not even close to the hairstyle I wanted. It was as if they pushed me to get services that I did not even ask for then charged me more than I expected to pay. This was the most horrible experience Ive encountered at a salon
I went in for a trim.. the haircut says $16 on the billboard outside.. I wanted to pay with debit card.. the cost was higher for debit and total was $22.50 ..I feel ripped off.. I will not return.
There is a stupid guy trying to let me dye my hair . And he said to me 7 times that i looks tired. I looks tired or not just not his business! He is dumb!
Very bad experience the hair dresser has no experience at all he didn’t even make the hair line of the beard equal at both sides he barely use the scissors and the hair has no symmetry at all never recommend it at all
I’m very upset and disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. During the hair coloring process, I felt a strong burning sensation on my scalp. After returning home, I noticed that I had lost a significant amount of hair. The staff told me my hair was dry and sensitive, and offered a hair mask—which I paid extra for—but that didn’t solve the problem. The hair loss was very noticeable, and even my friends commented on how much thinner my hair looked. This experience was really upsetting, and I expected a much more responsible and caring approach. I wouldn’t recommend this place for coloring services.
Awful customer service. Came for appointment, had to wait 12 minutes, and I said I am late somewhere when I called and asked for appointment, finally left.
