Extremely unprofessional. The old guy didn't listen to the instructions and was talking on phone all the time while cutting my kid's hair. The was constantly coughing in front of my kid's face without even keeping hand on mouth. Terrible experience.
I had a haircut there, but the experience was terrible. When I gave instructions, she spoke to me rudely. Because of her attitude, I decided not to leave a tip, and she reacted by shouting at me loudly. I would never go back.
An old Barber will tell you how experienced he is but when he will hold the scissor your heart will say loudly” RUN AWAY” and soon you will realize that your heart voice was 100% right but it will be too late you can’t get your hair back because he doesn’t know how to cut hair of woman and girls , next step Payment,An old barber will say he gave you a good discount and now he wants some tip ,What a wrong behaviour towards your customers who are running your business, Owner plz hire good barbers not greedy and rude barber like this old person who doesn’t know how to cut hair , I don’t recommend this place to any one , but i will mention , yes a woman who works here is good but this old barber is ruining the reputation of this place
Yesterday I took a haircut from a Vietnamese barber over there. He was so rude and doesn't know to talk at all and thoughtout my haircutting session he was on a call with his own and when I asked him to reduce a little bit more of my hair he even blasted at me saying "you gotta listen to me and I'm experienced" and was even asking whether he owns a tip. Really bad service and he went to smoke when I was inside itself and it was giving a very bad odour for me throughout. He even yelled at another lady who walked in to inquire about the hairdresser. Don't recommend this place. Try Unisex Hair Styling within the same block. Good hospitality and service.
I'm a medium-long haired man, went here twice for a layered haircut, and was very pleased. I showed photos, she advised me me accurately that what would suit me better, and did a layered haircut very well. I'm quite afraid to go for haircuts because I'm used to people messing my hair up, especially wavy (requires some free hand work), but I'm very happy with my cut. :) Good price, and got what I wanted. I went to the lady on the left, had plenty of reference photos on my phone. A big reason people get disappointed is lack of communication, OR lack of comprehension. I communicated (visually with pics), and she understood exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it.
Sorry about that. Tim Horton's seats were the torn. After I wrote a review about that place the next week or two the owner must change the seat covers. Probably he/she saw my review. Looks like Google reviews are working ☺️ I recommend your place to everyone. Good customer service 5 stars ⭐️
