What a unprofessional group of 'technicians.' Poor communication, sloppy work, an the most inefficient service we have ever received. What should have taken an apprentice an hour to complete took multiple visits with multiple technicians and even supervisors to end up with sub par work that needed to be redone...twice.
WOW what an unorganized unprofessional place. We have been waiting for a simple quote for one month now, we are next door to these guys. We have called and emailed multiple times and every time all we get is the run around. No one at this place wants to do any work. Do yourself a favor and save your time and stay away.
I don't know who they hire, but their drivers are extremely aggressive on the road. Today we were kind of close to each other for about 15 min on 401 / 404. Their van was tailgating cars, making dangerous maneuvers, jeopardized others drivers safety. It was close to crush several times. There were 2 people inside. They are not mentally stable driving like that and I wouldn't let them in inside your house.
Worst service ever .Went to cut a key and the guy at counter was very rude .Spoke to the manager who spoke to him but was still refused service by the guy,even after manager intervened.Really poor service.
I went to purchase a custom cut piece of glass. I was made to wait for 45 minutes while there was literally nobody else in the store. An employee accidentally broke the glass I waited 45 minutes for, and I was told to go back in another hour. The whole time I was there it was like they were doing me a favor. Not another dime will be spent there.
Not at all helpful , staff is too lazy to listen what's the issue is . thankfully i found the best hardware store near by that is DIY tools . I would never ever visit or recommend anyone this store.
We came on Saturday and the staff was concentrated at watching a game on TV. As we are not pros we had to get some help. It took some persuasion but finally someone helped us get the paint we need. Bottom line, this place is aimed at selling to the pros.
