I had an outstanding experience with Logan today! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain everything I needed to know in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was their positive, friendly attitude throughout our entire interaction. Logan was patient with all my questions and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right solution. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such wonderful customer service. I went to this store yesterday because they were having a sale on a cream I wanted. I had checked the sale on their website during my break, then went there quickly and bought two creams, one toner, a lip gloss, and some sheet masks. The total was a little over $100, and they gave me the shopping bag for free. I was happy with my purchase at first. But when I got back and checked my receipt, I realized they had charged me full price for the cream—around $32—despite it being on sale. It felt like they were scamming people. I had to go back after work and tell them about the issue. They acted like they had no idea the item was on sale, and they even took the shopping bag back, as if the mistake was entirely mine. I can even post my receipt pictures, where they charged me the full price. I would never shop at this place again.
I visited the store last night and had such a wonderful experience! The staff who helped me was incredibly genuine and warm, she went above and beyond to guide me to the right products. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The other two staff members I met were also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole shopping experience even better.
