Timings they mentioned in Google and physical is different, We see closing time @online is 8 pm Saturday, I travelled long distance after coming here I surprised timing they displayed front to the door @saturday is 6pm They wasted my time.
Unfortunately the last 2 times we ordered there the ingredients are disappointing. The greens, the proteins, etc. At $86 for 3 people I expect way more. Or at least the old Freshii quality.
Literally never send cutlery when we ask for it. Smoothies inconsistent texture, often out of ingredients or grainy. We order from here often using Uber eats for the office and I think we’re finally just over the inconsistencies and lack of attention to their service. I don’t appreciate the sticker over the drink area of the smoothies, without a straw I don’t want to put my mouth over leftover sticky residue.
Found a couple hairs in my food, that’s all I should have to say. But… the chicken was not cooked good and the bowl was 80% rice, even though I ordered other stuff on the bowl
Dreadful service. Unable to answer a simple question over the phone regarding Keto options, specifically regarding a particular salad. Neither staff member had any idea what they were being asked.
The not so Freshii. It’ll be the last time coming here. It’s the second time getting Broccoli that had gone bad. First with bad broccoli, fine. But the second time and also having cucumber that was gross. No thanks, I’ll pass on this place considering the option in the plaza and the plaza next door. Service was slow and the lady had attitude because she didn’t have edamame and I ask what I can replace it with. This place isn’t cheap, so to have bad veggies, lack of options when your speciality is veggies and your name is freshii. Also, it worth noting that she worked the till with her gloves and made some of the food with those same gloves.
Service: not polite. Asked multiple times if I needed help, even when I told them to give me a moment as I look for my previous order. They made the food to quickly for it to be fresh. Food: it's not buddha satay sauce that was used. It was spicy and resembled more teriyaki or curry. TThen I found a carrot that looked like it was half bitten and was not even shredded. The carrots did not taste like it was cooked. At least the chicken was cooked right. This will be my final visit to this location, despite being close to home. I hope it gets better.
