On the door it says the didn’t close till 8pm….in the website it says 7:30 I was here at 6:50 and the workers starred at us trying to get in. They closed early. Not the first time this happened
Ordered a tex mex bowl and green smoothie The bowl was a soggy sore mess of a puke bowl…bland, mushy and just beyond depressing. Not sure if its even soggier than what would’ve come out of my other end once the digestion is over. The smoothie was bland, flavorless, boring. Freshii used to be so different years ago when it was still up and coming and I haven’t had it in years. They clearly don’t care to do well anymore.
Very unprofessional people, I have ordered food from them many times but my food wasn't delivered. I asked them for the help and they didn't pick up my phone.
Super disappointed by the quality of salads from this location. I’ve been ordering the Asian sesame crunch salad for a while now from different locations and loved it, but the one from this location tastes bitter, completely off from what it normally tastes like. Will not be going back.
I ordered a bowl through the app for pick up. I got the special for the day, but I added chicken ($3+ extra). The receipt said chicken also. I picked up my order, bag was stapled closed, and I brought it back to my office thinking everything would be fine. I opened up my salad and there's no chicken in sight. Mind you, this is the 2nd time having the same result, though the 1st time was a coworker who ordered our lunch for delivery. I had no chicken & he had no tofu, even the the bowls were labelled WITH the added protein. I reached out to customer service, but the stores are franchised, so they forwarded it to Themis location, and I also contacted them directly and still haven't heard back. It's irritating to spend money and not recieved what you ordered plus no compensation or acknowledgement.
My experience today was amazing they deserve a perfect 10. Clean store, good customer service , friendly staff, food was awesome fresh and healthy. I will definitely return.
