My food was not fresh at all. My lettuce and kale had black leaves. My lime wedge was moldy. I'm not sure if it was an off day for them but normally I like freshii as a chain but I will be avoiding this one.
Placed an order online only to be told at the store that POS is not working so we cannot make your order. I had to pay again at the store as they refused to make my order by looking at my phone or issue a refund. I have placed an online report for a refund over a week now and have not heard anything back. Visited the store again to inquire about the situation and they told me we can’t do anything. I have been a regular customer with them for over 3 years now and all the staff knows me yet got such a bad treatment. Not returning ever again.
I enjoy there healthy bowls frequently. They are well prepared and fresh. Excellent service especially the manager, Sophia. She treats customers very well.

Female Attendant was rude and hostile . Got my order wrong and scoffed at me when I attempted to correct it - I was in a rush to get back to work so I didn’t persist. Observe her very carefully - resist the temptation to sit down and relax
I am very pleased to have a healthy food option at Yonge and Finch! I really like their lemongrass soup and chicken pocket combo. Great value. It’s like having a mini pho with healthier veggies…I then top it off with antioxidant elixir and cocoa energy bites for a full course meal. Give them a try. Your body will thank you :)
I eat at Freshii almost everyday. Freshii is the perfect name, aptly suitable to the food they make. They not only make the best and healthy food, but they are also very generous to their customers.
