Ed is surprisingly down to earth given the type of products he sells, I have bugged him with my questions over the years and even though I have only bought small ticket items, he almost always answers my questions with a smile. They have some really great products and good attention to detail.

I've been looking for some Cambridge mini minx wall mounts and they are backordered.
