I went to the one at Center Point Mall, the customer service is terrible the lady is on the phone all the time and I had a question by the door for some bed sheets ,she came still on the phone didn’t ask the person on the other side to hold , she said that’s all and I want to check the things in the bottom of the basket she said ya it’s there meaning u move everything yourself and left .
Was just browsing and ended up getting a really cute mug, the workers there were so helpful and helped me make a decision. It's an interesting place with so many cute knick-knacks.
Bought an item and was forced to download an app to track the shipment. I paid for expedited and these geniuses decide that Canada Post, who is on strike is the way to go. Could have least let me know or given me an option to change delivery method. Smacks of laziness and carelessness
I ordered a china mug paid for and it sat in expedited que for at least 10 days then got refund notice this morning.but I really wanted mug it should have said out of stock originally was buying for my wife special occasion
I was shopping at this store so many times but today it was my worst experience i have ever had at this store. the lady who is working there was ro rude and impolite to me as a customer and responded me very rude and because of one item that i needed to pay i was waiting 40 minutes. On the other hand she was telling other customer if they're paying cash or debit they dont need to pay tax but with me she said i have to. Its not nice to behave differently to different customers. You are loosing your customers who are always buying stuff from your store.
I purchased bamboo foam pillow 2 days ago, inside material was filled with trash, unknown dirty pieces of clothes , they only copied cover. It is fake product , please do not buy, you will see if you compare with the real one.
I have a really long, but short, window. 12 feet across. Finding drapes that fit my window was impossible, then I found Fahad. He spoke online with me constantly, and helped me pick out what I needed, and then altered them to fit perfectly to my weird shaped window. He delivered them personally, and I can’t believe it. They fit perfectly. And I ended up buying a second set in a different colour. They were so well priced, I could afford to. I’m so pleased with his attention to detail and the over the top CSR service. He deserves your business and you deserve his hospitality and prices.
