Product as expected, good quality at a descent price. Fast delivery. I bought 2 gal nursery pots online on thursday at 6 pm my order was shipped the sameday at around 23h30 . I received it in the province of Québec 45 min East of Montréal on monday before noon.
I recently ordered a Holland Basics succulent/cactus soil, from AMAZON. What arrived was a bag of small pumice stones, labelled as the above. I called Holland and they determined that there was a mistake. Immediately they told me to keep the pumice stones and they dealt with Amazon for my refund. All this within 3 days and phone follow up on their part. I am very impressed with their high level of customer service and would give them a 10 out of 5 if that were possible. I will directly shop there in the future, considering that they are not far from my residence.
The staff are great extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Wide selection of quality products. Definitely worth giving them a shot, always happy with my transactions.
The small Asian staff is so lovely and knowledgeable. I cant believe that guy understand every single fertilizer as well. He is always happy when someone asks him how to grow.
