Staff working to stock up shelves but completely ignored me (a non-Indian customer). They both also smelled badly, and I had to leave the store as the product I found and was going to buy was expired.
Avoid this place to save your health and money, I happened to visit this store for some regular groceries and fully disappointed with their customer service and hygiene practices, I can see the Amla, tomato and other vegetables were rotten, flies and some tiny insects all around the vegetables and some food items were placed on the floor without any covering. Never again
Such a worst and never again store, most of the vegetables are expired, unhygienic and most importantly the staff are not welcoming, there was a girl at the counter and she’s always on phone and she didn’t care when I ask for the help. Never again and very disappointed. Owner should teach the staff what’s Customer service in Canada, it’s not just sitting at the counter and charging.
Great selection of staple Indian groceries. Very helpful staff. Love the wadapav they sell. Yummy!!! Tried wadapav from different places in Scarborough and these are the delicious.Remind me of the wadapavs from well-known wadapav stands of Mumbai... and the freshness and taste of homemade small-batch wadapav.
Vadapav at the Fine India Grocers are simple the best. They are home-made and always fresh. It satisfies the taste buds and it reminds me of being in my home town Mumbai.
I am just really happy that there is an Indian grocer in this mall location which makes shopping so much more convenient. I always buy my henna and indigo here and they are brand name export quality at reasonable prices. Store is a bit cramped but I am happy as long as they have what I'm looking for.
Decent place with pretty much all the spices and other authentic Indian stuff, but if you’re expecting a good customer service, you might want to check out another place Was attended by this girl at the store who was extremely rude and unfriendly to me for no apparent reason. I was surprised by the way customers were treated at the store
