I dined at Boccaccio Restaurant on a Saturday evening for a private family event. I had the privilege of meeting the chef who made our food - Luciano Schipano, who was a very kind and sweet man. I had antipasti and, chicken, broccolini and potatoes for my entrée. The antipasti was fresh and filled with plenty of different options, such as bocconcini cheese, zucchinis, mushrooms, olives, prosciutto, and plenty of seafood - all very fresh. The chicken dish was delicious very moist and flavorful, as well as the broccolini very well cooked the diced and roasted potatoes were dry and needed a little more sauce or oil! The house red and white wine were such big hits and would definitely recommend!! The staff were very kind and accommodating! The space was beautiful and perfect for our large group. Thank you Boccaccio team!!
The pasta I had was delicious. I also had a small chat with the star chef Luciano. He suggested some great selections of homemade sauces. Definitely coming back again.
Wow, absolutely fantastic experience!!! We had their chef's special pasta with homemade sauce. I also liked their Minestrone vegetable soup. The other dishes on their menu also seem interesting, and we will soon return to try them.
This place checked all the boxes. We ordered Chef Luciano's special gluten-free pasta — it cost a little extra, but was definitely worth it. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavors. I also liked the homemade sauce. Surely visit you again!!!!
Took my cousin here for a quick brunch and made him try Piave Invecchiato, which is this nutty, beautiful aged Italian cheese. We loved every bite of it. Already planning to visit them again.
I had the most amazing Gnocchi alla Sorrentina at Boccaccio Ristorante. The food was delicious, the place felt really nice, and the staff were very friendly. If you’re in Toronto and want good Italian food, you should try it.
