Worst customer service ever. The owner lost my ring before my wedding and he was not ready to compensate or give the same ring. Also, he was not cooperating with us. This is the worst experience for me because i love that ring. I have all the recordings in my phone how you behaved with me and my husband rudely instead of giving my ring you are rude with us. I will not suggest anyone to go to his shop. You are a liar.
I must say that this place has horrible service. I paid to have my earrings cleaned. The man said it would take 15 minutes so I went and came back in 10 minutes when he told me that the the cleaning had already been done. THIS WAS A LIE.. and his co-Worker laughed when I objected. Don’t recommend anyone going here for any services
If you want to be treated kindly at the payment time, then treated like trash when troubles arise, this is the place for you! I would never go back to this place! Not sure how you can treat a "valued customer" in such a manner! You are best off if you do not shop there. If you do please just know I tried to tell you!
