Working with Jamie, Carlos and their installation team was an amazing experience. Jamie had so much patience, was honest about design ideas and gave valuable feedback. The installation team was always on time, cleaned up and were very detail oriented. Jamie and Carlos were always very quick to return our calls or respond to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Newcastle. We absolutely love our kitchen and have received many compliments on the workmanship. We would definitely work with them again. What can I add that the other reviews didn’t say already? Jamies and Carlos are a dream team. Jamies has amazing experience and ideas and thanks to him our kitchen/severy came out even better than I originally planned. Thank god for Jamie and his vision! They are amazing to deal with. Very responsive and their communication is CLEAR ( this is my second house full reno and trust me I’ve been through many subcontractors and they are my top 1 pick) We’ve been to Kitchen companies that didn’t have innovative solutions necessary in today’s kitchens. Jamie and Carlos have it all! Speaking to the craftsmanship, it is absolutely amazing. They were recommended by friends that used them. And I never want to work with anybody else for custom cabinetry Even our own contractor who’s been in a business 40+ years came up to me and said “this is very high-quality kitchen and also the way they’re installing it it above standard. I’ve been in a business for many years and this is top notch” He will be also recommending to his customers too. Jamie also made a master bath custom vanity that again ticks all the boxes I didn’t even know existed. I will post pictures after the countertops are installed!
