I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Stonnik and Mohsen over the course of 1.5 years. Despite spending over $47,000+ on their services, the quality of work was consistently unacceptable. There were at least eight separate instances of poor craftsmanship, and we have now been left without a functioning sink for over six+ months. I tried to work with Mohsen to resolve the issues, giving him multiple opportunities to make things right, but he either delivered subpar repairs or disappeared altogether. George was kind and attempted to make patches here and there, but unfortunately, they were all temporary fixes. Some of the key issues included: - A sink that failed waterproofing, leading to mold and water damage in our cabinets, which we ultimately had to replace ourselves. - A sink that has broken in the middle and is caving in on itself, rendering it beyond repair. - Persistent water damage. - A powder room sink that was rarely used but whose base completely fell apart. - Etching stains on our marble island caused by his team's tea kettle Communication was another major frustration. Calls and messages were often ignored when an issue was presented, and after initially promising a replacement, Mohsen stopped responding entirely. After much consideration, I decided to share my experience to warn others and spare them the stress and frustration we endured. The photos of the damage and poor craftsmanship speak for themselves. Proceed with caution if you’re considering working with this company.
Multiple things went wrong with this company installing our stone. We were thrilled to put such an expensive stone up and thought with all the reviews that we could trust Stonnik. We were wrong. They also had the timeline we were looking for which was our deciding factor to go with them. We were quoted the same with a few other good companies but they were unable to accommodate the timeline we needed. Starting with the worst, Stonnik fabricated one piece way too short and used a scrap piece thinking we wouldn’t notice that it wasn’t part of the original drawings. They were not transparent about it until I mentioned it. It’s going a completely different direction as the entire kitchen. They damaged multiple kitchen panels of my brand new kitchen. Once again I had to find out by inspecting after their day 1 of work was completed. Horrifically my luxury vinyl flooring was also damaged in 2 spots. Lastly my brand new sink was left with awful scratches on the inside. The only person we liked was Jorge the installer. Despite his partners damaging all our things. Jorge did his best to make our kitchen look good despite everything. He was friendly and understanding. The way they treated us was that this was normal and that it’s not a big deal and that I’ll “forget about it”. Sorry actually we haven’t forgotten when we see these damages daily and our stone going the incorrect way. The compensation they gave was $300 off for everything I was unhappy about , and he made me feel like I was asking for far too much. I spent well over $14,000 .. and you think $300 is too much I’d think twice about spending this kind of money with them.
We had a more than pleasant experience with STONNIK. Mohsen & Mohammad are great people to work with. We are so happy with our new countertops and backsplash. Scheduling was well communicated, installation was bang on, professional job at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to put in new stone in their home.

Our experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, personable and listened to what we wanted. They replaced the counters and sink in our kitchen including an island and the countertop and sink in our bathroom as well with beautiful quartz. The team arrived on time and installed with precision the perfectly cut quartz, finishing by sealing the joints in an invisible way. They finished both jobs in less than a day.The counters look fantastic! Their price was extremely reasonable and yet the quality was extremely high! I would highly recommend Stonnik for any countertop or vanity work.
I had a pleasant experience with Mohamad and Mohsen at Stonnik. They were both very professional, responsive and attentive. Mohammad put in the time to come with me to a few vendors to help me pick my slab for my kitchen, vanities and bar. At the time I wasn’t sure if I wanted natural stone or porcelain. We ended up picking a rare exotic Brazilian quartzite, which is stunning but not an easy stone to cut and fabricate, for the kitchen and bar and quartz for all 6 vanities. The boys did a fantastic job!
Ghosted! Our undermount sink that Stonnik attached to their quartz countertop prior to installation detached from the underside of the counter. When I called Mohsen's cell he answered the phone and sounded receptive, but after he heard what the problem was and asked me to send a few photos, that was it.. no response to further calls or texts. Very unfortunate because we did have a positive experience with the initial installation and were happy at the time. Service concerns identified in these reviews should be noted.
