I recently moved to a home with a small back patio. It was completely overgrown and it was not dog friendly. Lawrence Park Complete Garden Care transformed the space into a place that I will enjoy spending time in, and that my dog will also feel comfortable in. The team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have in my home.
This place is not what it used to be. We used them years ago and were very happy. Then some time lapsed and we did not need their services. Recently I called them to get a quote and do some work. No one called me back. I called several times and left messages. Finally someone called back. They came to look and give me a quote but I never heard back from them again. No email or quote or phone call. I tried to get in touch again but absolutely no response. Very disappointing. I would not use them.
We have been a customer with Lawrence Park Garden Care for a few years. We had a small property for which we required their services. Over the years we have had extra services done other than the usual maintenance and every time it was a battle getting them to have any interest. They do not return emails or requests for additional services. Staff admits they are swamped and do not have time to handle the clients they currently have. This past season was the worst service yet for regular maintenance and upkeep. We also attempted to get some extra services completed but no one acknowledged our request. I finally pressed to get an estimate to be informed we had a new account rep, Darren, that should have reached out. Even at this point, Darren, never reached out. I cancelled my services and did not even hear from our rep at that point. We are moving to a new house with a 50x150 lot and not once did I consider calling Lawrence Park to provide our garden services. They are too busy and disinterested.
The team at Lawrence Park collaborated with me on all phases of the project. They worked hard to meet all my requirements. My neighbors think the final product is absolutely beautiful. So do I. Thank you for a job well done.
