I've been coming here for over 4 years now. Recently noticed that we were not allowed to use hot water on the machines. They have also increased there price twice this year. Half the machines are not working also. Knowing that I can not recommend this location as it is unfair for the customers being limited on what they can do with there clothes, with the price spikes and the time spent on a busy time span just to get the wash then more time to get the dryer. Also during the busy time when half the machines are not working, people leave there clothes in there for hours. I even got tired of waiting and asked the receptionist if I can remove there clothes so I can use the machine. Answer was no. Very disappointed.
I have been comming since they opened. I have never had any issues with the machine. Now the machines don't work. They decreased the amount of time for dryer. I had an issue where the washing machine kept opening and my clothes weren't dried. I didn't bring extra change and the lady wouldn't spot me 2 dollars to add extra time. I even told her I would email transfer her the money. I am a regular at this place and this was a horrible experience. I will not be coming back here
Super friendly staff, but if your looking to get your clothing washed properly, go elsewhere. Came here because they had commercial size washers and dryers for public use. Their "10 load" machine did not rinse the clothing AT ALL. I tried different size machines for other clothing, thinking maybe they would rinse better and they all do not rinse your clothes. Spent over $50 in change to dry my clothes.. when I asked an employee about this, she said the machines are like that and to use multiple dryers for my clothes. Will never come here again.
This place is in shambles. It seems all the owner wants to do is count his money. Sad, it used to be a pleasant place to do my laundry. I'll not be back. When I asked the staff why so many machines are constantly out of order , her response was "old machines" ?
Went here because my machine in my suite is not working. There are suppose to be open from 7-9 pm but says they don’t take people after 7. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff didn’t care and said they have to clean so they don’t let ppl in after 7. Then don’t say you are open from 7 to 9 because you are not!!
My dress shirts got stained from the washing machine here. Im not sure what in the machine caused it but thats 2 shirts ruined. Going to have to find another place unfortunatley as im not going to have even more clothes ruined. The staff seem nice and i havent tried their wash and fold service but i caution you if you plan on washing white clothes here. Its possible the machines just need a cleaning im not sure.
Great place to do your "Wash and Fold" service laundry! If you want to use things you like to put in your laundry, specific things, specific brands like: (softener, scented beads, dryer sheets, bleach or specific detergent or any specific instructions) just bring it, and tell them and they will use it, and do it, for your clothes. Nicely folded. Wrinkle free. Nothing wet. Fast. Good Service! And priced right, cause other places I called charge waaaaaaaay more!! Trust me! Oh Toronto BABY! ?????
