It’s not a good look, Jason needs to take accountability for his unprofessional behaviour towards clients when calling and seeking information his services are below zero due to the fact he has a unprofessional behavior. He is not professional and do not deserve to work there not his vulnerability sector. Check should be declined he does not know how to deal with the community.

Mr. Paine is indeed unprofessional (to call tenants disgruntled and sore losers say's it all). Took me five years to get mold out of my unit. Mr. Paine and the maintenance supervisor kept lying to the board about the condition of my unit. It was only when the furnace in the building had to be repaired was the mold issue resolved. It was a boiler maker that went to the Property Manager and told her that they were re-doing my unit.
Spoke to attorney Paine and very professional regarding the situation. Explained to him that the landlord might got a mistake to send a letter of eviction for violating safety code about hanging air-conditioner by the window and removing sill on it because we never had any hanging air conditioner. Sometimes all you need is to ask and talk nicely.
Tries to justify his low reviews as being from "disgruntled tenants" but just listen to one of his hearings to experience how unprofessional his demeanor is.
I was privilege to meet and chatted with him during a landlord and tenant dispute brought before a tribunal.He is an amazing erudite paralegal.
