After the initial review, Mark's communication was virtually nonexistent, compounded by the unresponsiveness and lack of knowledge of his clerks, Tea and Theresa. Key details and crucial information were withheld, such as an executed HVAC rental agreement that would be assigned to us. We only discovered this on the day of closing due to their lack of diligence and failure to communicate. Additionally, our assignment closing date was not on track for the anticipated May 1, a critical detail never communicated to us, as we had ended our leases planning to move in. This level of neglect and incompetence caused significant stress and inconvenience during an already stressful process. I strongly advise seeking legal assistance elsewhere to avoid a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would definitely recommend Real Estate Lawyers to friends and family. They assigned a lawyer to my case 10 days before closing with no extra fee. Overall communication was smooth and efficient without any delay. The best thing is that they sent a lawyer to my home for me to sign all the documents on a tablet. That was super convenient.
