Couldn’t be happier with my bra. I’ve been struggling to find something that fits well and feels good! Great service from the employee as well who fitted me and brought me lots of options.
Walked into this store yesterday. I am previous customer and I picked quite a few items on my last visit. It has been a while and as im browsing I noticed no bralettes at all in store so I asked the associate about that. She said yeah we no longer carry them. As im browsing online this morning I noticed they are available online. Why didnt the associate tell me she can perhaps order for me or to find them online !? Perhaps train store associates on products available overall!?
I had the best experience shopping at Change Lingerie at Shops at Don Mills thanks to Arezou. She provided a free bra fitting and then proceeded to help me find my exact size in each style. She was kind, patient, and helpful the entire time, checking on me frequently. After trying on what felt like 50 bras, I walked out with three beautiful well-fitting bras (on sale) and a smile on my face. If you are looking for a place that isn't too overwhelming or busy and with great customer service, Change Lingerie is the place for you.
The girl that helped me was super sweet and was able to quickly find my sizes for me right away. Only thing is they didn’t have my size. 55 band :( Thank you so much ♥️
Horrendous (unwritten) Store Policies - Items Ineligible for Returns/Exchange 2 stars for the following pros! PROs Excellent In-Store Customer Service (Shops at Don Mills location) - The store employees are friendly, knowledgeable and provide outstanding customer care. Quality Bras - Once you finally find a bra that fits you, the bras are of good quality that last years. There is also a wide variety of lovely bra designs and colours. CONs Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange - For online shopping (at the time of writing), the Change Lingerie website (shopping cart) does not flag/show which items are ineligible for an exchange or return. Further, the website QAs/Return & Exchange policy does not indicate restrictions on purchased items. Despite this lack of information and customer communication, the company instructs store employees to prohibit returns and exchanges. Therefore, customers must purchase items at their own risk. No Customer Service Contact Method - At the time of writing, the Change Lingerie website does not provide a working method for customers to contact customer service, i.e., a useless phone number (unable to reach customer service representatives), no email address and a useless instant message function (often not available). This lack of direct communication can be frustrating, especially when seeking a resolution to issues. Sizing Discrepancies - Change Lingerie bras have at least four different sizing methods/types (S, M, L), (M1, M2, M3), EUR (65G, 85D), and US (40C, 32D). Despite these various sizing types, the online sizing tool only provides US size options. These discrepancies make it difficult to easily and consistently find well-fitting items. Pricing Discrepancies - The same items that can be purchased in-store or online are priced differently. For instance, a bra purchased in-store may cost more money, while the exact same bra purchased online is priced lower. This inconsistency in pricing can be confusing and may lead to customers feeling they are not getting the best deal. This review will be updated if/when the company makes improvements.
Great experience here. Normally when bra shopping I just have to ask what the largest size that they carry is, but not here! Tons of sizes and didn’t get even close to the largest size which is a first for me. The woman working there was extremely helpful and was able to help me find the right size and a great bra. Overall great experience and will definitely go back. (I’m most bra stores im a 42 E, sizing is very different here so ask an employee to help convert into their sizing)
I love change for their diverse sizing; I am always able to find my size and get fitted properly. Maggie at the Don Mills location was so helpful and attentive. She assisted my mother and me to find all that we needed. She was a great help.
