Scam alert. Faster Locksmith completely took advantage of us during an emergency. We were locked out of our home and instead of providing honest service, they grossly overcharged us — demanding an outrageous fee before even starting the work. Then, they intentionally damaged the lock, claiming it couldn’t be fixed, just so they could push us into buying and installing a new lock at an even higher cost. It was clear this was a predatory scam, taking advantage of people in a desperate situation. No transparency, no integrity, just pure exploitation. Stay far away from this company.
Faster Locksmith went above and beyond in not only getting me back into my home, but also in finding a near match of my previous faulty entry set. Danny the technician called prior to his arrival (which was within an hour of my call) and was a true gentleman who tried multiple methods to save me money. Unfortunately my entry set was completely broken but together they found me a near perfect replica that works better than my original! Highly recommend these guys!
