I had a fantastic experience getting a massage from John. I came in with a lot of shoulder tension, and by the end of the session, it felt significantly lighter. What really impressed me was how intuitive and knowledgeable he was — he found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had and worked through them with great care. He also took the time to explain things about posture, muscle tightness, and how everything is connected, which really helped me understand what was going on with my body. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and made the whole experience feel very comfortable and welcoming. I left feeling relaxed, informed, and much better physically. Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing John for years, and he’s truly the best RMT in Toronto! Whenever I have pain or tension, I don’t go to my family doctor — I go straight to John. He has an incredible ability to find tight spots and work through them with just the right stretches and techniques. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. He’s also very honest and never pushes you to book unnecessary sessions. In fact, he’ll often recommend trying home Pilates, workouts, or yoga first. That kind of care and integrity is rare these days. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for real, lasting relief. What a great RMT!

John is the best RMT I’ve ever met! I came to him with a really painful leg after an intense biking trip — it hurt so much, even when I was just lying down or not moving at all. Sleeping was nearly impossible ? I rushed to see John the next day, and he fixed my leg! I was honestly mind-blown. After that amazing treatment, I went back to him for my chronic back pain and glute issues as well. I highly recommend John to anyone — he’s simply the best! ??
