Best ground beef I’ve ever tasted, the tacos made turned out to be phenomenal. Would also highly recommend the short ribs and bone marrow. Can’t wait to try more from this gem.
Watch quality. Hope it’s not dishonesty Bought a tasting box , including one m9 and one Kobe regular price 78. Lady said, someone “took away” the Kobe. She would replace it with a M9 and offered 18 discount. Turned out both m9 smelt rancid. You could smell it as soon as you opened the vacuum bag.
