Stonecraft is wonderful to deal with. They were very helpful with the wording on my Mothers stone. Maya made suggestions to make the stone looked balanced with my Fathers side. A perfect tribute to "Mama G"
Very bad quality, some of the inscriptions on the monument have faded, it is difficult to see from afar, they say that they are not responsible for the quality of the paint, require payment to fix their fault.

It was very easy to work with Stone Craft. Everything was accurate and high quality. The process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend their service.
I would never do business with this place. They take advantage of people who are going through the hardest of times. They have you prepay for a monument at the funeral home and you're guaranteed a certain price, however, when we came two months later, we were told the prices went up and they wanted to charge us $500 more. Their excuse is that everything has gone up and they now have to pay $20,000 when receiving containers with monuments. I understand times are tough, but when you guarantee a price to be able to bring in business, stick to what you promised. Taking advantage of people who are grieving is horrible. And we're all really sorry that your business is not as profitable... but who cares?!? People just lost a loved one and your profits really aren't a concern for us.
I am extremely happy with Stonecraft's help with a monument for my mother, a holocaust survivor. We decided to list her family who didn't survive, on the back of the stone. Their attention to detail was excellent and sensitive. I highly recommend..
