I've been going to Jesta Auto Sales for some time now. The service ive experienced here was absolutely excellent, the staff has great customer service. Just recently I bought a car from them, and it came in great condition and all the service was done properly prior to purchase. Super nice guys, friendly, and you can immediately tell they are all very experienced. I love going here and go here to change my oil, tires and any other car issues I may run into and they are always extremely helpful. Would recommend to everyone and anyone for sure
Bought a 3 year old here that they told me had minor damage to the bumper, no damage to the frame (they showed "pictures").. when I took it to a licensed dealership for a recall, and after it started having major problems such as stalling on the road while driving, the company let me know the car actually had "Major body damage" costing over $15,000 in repairs, not the small bumper damage they said. Do NOT trust these guys. They had good customer service, too bad I was sold a lie. The car also failed to turn on within one week of purchasing it, and they made me pay for the tow truck and repair costs. They also "generously" threw in a pair of winter tires with the vehicle, but when I took the car to get the tires changed at Mr Lube, they said the tires had a nail in it as well as a bulge, and they are not allowed to install with those dangerous defects, so I had to purchase an entirely new set.
Worst dealership ever sold me a car with saftey done and i drove to niagra and felt lik my tires are going to come off, i called them they told me its because of tires so i bought new tires from them. Then i found out couple weeks after the car had no alignment i went back to them had to get somemore fixing done, they wouldnt give me a deal had to pay more. Then the cars transmission went the whole time they never tried to help.This set me back alot. I would recommend anybody to NOT buy a car from these people.
