Came to pick up a tire I ordered and get it installed. I let them know ahead of time I was on my way. When I got there 4 guys were chatting at the back. They don’t seem to care about their customers (especially new ones). Told me to go sit in the office without evening saying hello lol. I was forced to sit with their little dog barking at me. Not a single employee acknowledged my presents. 15 mins goes by I start packing my rim back into my car. That’s when one of them came up. Picked up my tire and left the place. Worst first impression lol
Honest guys here. I had an issue with a sluggish throttle and the bike dying at the traffic lights. It was the in-take boot that was loose; simple fix. Max and his team helped me out! Thanks again!
I called to get my tires installed this morning...booked me in right away...had me out in 3 hours ...great service , Max was very helpful. I will be back and I highly recommend this place!
Just Amazing !!!I usually don’t post reviews,but this time I had to,I’m a new rider,but it’s not new to me to be customer -I had some good and bad experience of getting some stuff /cars fixed,it’s always was the same nothing special.This time I decided to try Reborn Cycle to do some upgrades and service to my bike and all I can say-I was blown away by professionalism and quality service experience I had .Thx Max again!!!Would definitely recommend Max to my Biker friends!!!Safe ride to everyone!!!
