I have owed a pair of Altimate Polar winter boots for 3 years. They are awesome. I wear them snowmobiling, walking through the bush, cutting firewood and, most recently, hunting for 10 days in the bush. No need for any toe warmers. My feet stayed warm and comfortable. Years ago (15+?) I purchased a pair of Altimate snowmobile boots with a removaable liner which, apart from one minor repair, served me admirably, and are still very warm and comfortable. I expect that they will last me many more years. However, this past January 2nd, I saw the Escape Snowmobile Boot on sale, and jumped at the chance to order a pair online. They arrived days later, no muss nor fuss, and I had use of them this past winter. They were light and comfortable and warm even on my coldest riding days in the mid -20's. I expect that this second pair will last me the rest of my days. I would encourage anyone looking for good value in a reasonably priced pair of snowmobile boots to check these out. I did, and now own TWO excellent pairs of Altimate boots!
You should really update your google hours so sone of us don’t drive over 45 minutes to your shop to find out you’ve closed for the weekend. Really uncool. If you read your google reviews you might notice this is a recurring trend with your business. Maybe work on your customer service?
Great prices and great quality gear. I came in to grab an armored hoodie today. Super comfortable to ride in and the armor feels secured in place. The jeans (with kevlar and armor) here are actually more comfortable than my Alpinestars pants (and half the price!) Most of my riding gear is from Altimate and everything is wearing in perfectly. I always feel welcomed when I walk in and get great customer service. 10/10
Not sure if this place is open for business but I went there at 10:30 am, stayed until 11:30am, called several times and absolutely NOTHING! I drove some distance to check them out and there was no signage or information posted with regards to any closures. Their business hours of operation are posted but certainly nowhere near honoured. Disappointed - but luckily for me they’re not the only show in town, I’ll just take my business elsewhere and leave this little commentary about my experience here. Have a splendid day!
Store was busy and even so the service was perfect. Always making a point of seeing if the equipment were in the correct size. great prices too. I will come back for sure! I highly recommend.
I went to the store at 91 Ingram Dr.today to see about a new helmet. The owner was very thorough in explaining the different brands and specs. He measured me and fitted me with the Reevu Modular helmet, I was there specifically looking for a modular helmet. He changed out the inner lining to get the perfect fit for me head. Nice to get such personal attention these days. I'll be going back for more gear in the future.
