Scheduling system does not show correct hours: after I scheduled an appointment I got a call informing it is not possible. It also asks for a credit card, which I believe is excessive: I do understand time is money, but charging for being late is not good customer service.

In terms of my work (had to get a document notarized), it was handled very efficiently and I was out of the place in 15 minutes, once my documents were verified. However, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. My appointment was at 5.45 pm and it got delayed by 25 minutes. I understand things happen and there can be sudden delays. However, we had to stand outside the main door and were not even let inside to enter & sit in the waiting area. Repeated calls to check the status went ignored. Again, I understand you might be busy with a client - but a quick text and/or letting us inside in the waiting area would have been greatly appreciated.
