I saw Dr. Haji, Dr. Taji, and Dr. Tang for an emergency visit after my eye was scratched. All the doctors and administrators were friendly, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I’m grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic!

I started noticing excessive tears from my eyes on and off for about two years ago and I was scrolling on Tick Tok one night and I came across a page (Dr. C) speaking about dry eyes and how to deal with them. One of the comments posted was a question if she could recommend someone from Toronto and she recommended Dr. Taji. At the time of discovering Dr. Taji and the Toronto Medical Eye Associates Team, I was dealing with one inflamed eye- so swollen, sensitive to any sunlight and just red. I had excessive tears from both eyes and also struggling with a running nose, sneezing and itchy eyes on top of it too. I could barely focus on work let alone stare at anything for too long. It was a weekend and I went online to the Toronto Medical Eye Associates - looked at the site and knew I had to book an apt. I got a response the following Monday - so impressed at how fast they replied - and I was asked to come in the next day as I explained to the amazing staff my symptoms. I had spoken to Annie who listened and offered so much understanding and support. When I came in, I did some testing (the staff were very supportive as I could barely open my eyes wide) and Dr. Taji could tell right away something was not right. A result of using steroid allergy medications which were bothering my eyes and causing so much sensitivity. She was so gentle and calm and I felt seen and heard. I got prescription eye drops as well as drops to help with the tears and came back for a follow up a week later. My eyes are doing so much better - felt so good to hear that! I will also be doing my yearly eye exams here. I live on the Mississauga/Oakville border and no distance is too much for quality eye care. I cannot say enough how happy I am to write this review. Dr. Taji and I had a great conversation today about gut health today and the timing could not be more perfect. I am working with my naturopath on improving my gut health and she was so encouraging especially when the topic came to allergies and what to do about them. I ended up getting some probiotics. Love the one stop shop! I am so looking forward to working with her in the years to come. I really enjoyed my experience thus far and all the staff are so nice. Love Annie! As an out of town guest, Dr. Taji and the team at Toronto Medical Eye Associates took great care of me. Annie and the staff were so friendly and kind which took the stress out of traveling for a procedure. Dr. Taji took time to answer all of my questions and make a treatment plan going forward. Highly recommend if you are looking for top notch care from a medical team that feels like a family.
Just went for regular eye exams yesterday. The place is as wonderful as always. Staffs are welcoming. Not only that Dr. Taji is kind and professional, but also her assistant (I am so sorry for I do not know her name) is helpful and attentive. My mom wants a permanent solution for her presbyopia, and they provided us detailed analysis about Lasik and other methods.
Dr Taji was awesome. I've had dry eyes for years and she provided a simple to use kit that makes sense and is actually usable by the average person. Thank you!
