Go literally anywhere else! This place is a huge waste of money. I came here just because it’s the closest optometrist to my new house, and was so shocked to find that they charge more than twice what I’ve paid at any other LensCrafters-adjacent optometry clinic for an eye exam. I normally pay $90 and my insurance covers a max of $75. This place charges $190, so my out of pocket cost would have been $115. Insane!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported every step of the way. A very special thank you to Carmela, her support, patience, and kindness were truly extraordinary. She guided me through the process with so much care and warmth. She is more than incredible and made my first experience with contact lenses feel easy and comfortable. I also want to express my gratitude to Dr. Vince Gao, who was simply outstanding. His calm approach, clear explanations, and kindness made me feel completely at ease and confident, which meant the world to me as this was my first time wearing contact lenses. This team turned what could have been a stressful moment into a genuinely wonderful experience. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service.
This place is ? ?. Spent $190 for an eye exam and I told the examiner I wear mostly contacts but they wrote my prescription for glasses and told me I need to spend another 190 for a prescription to contact lens. When I told them i was displease they simply told me to go to my old supplier for contact lenses prescription.
We always have a positive experience when getting our eyes checked at this location. We've been going here for several years and have seen several of their optometrists and each time they are professional, knowledgeable and definitely thorough with their assessment of your vision. Their support staff is also very friendly and helpful at guiding you through the various steps. It's not fun going to the doctor so it's nice to have peace of mind when coming here. Thanks!
I was pleasantly assisted by Julie and I was set up with Dr. Peter Goutier. He was extremely patient with me as it was my first time getting an eye exam. He was very thorough and had an answer for every question I had. I would recommend to anyone looking for an elevated experience!
I have been going to this Optometry for years now and I have dealt with different optometrist at this location and I like dealing with Dr. Gautier. He is very professional and very thorough. The girls at the front desk Clarisa and Trisha are very welcoming. The manager in charge is also very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this optometry.
I had a very good experience at Yorkdale Optometry. I have been going there for eye exams for many many years. The staff was friendly and my appointment was right on time. Dr. Gautier's exam was thorough and professionally completed. I will definitely return for my next check up.
