I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received at this location. I came in thinking I would need to repaint an entire wall, but one of the owners suggested another solution that cut my spend by 90%, a rare occurrence with most businesses these days. Even though I only spent $10 at her store, she was patient with me, walked me through how to approach the job, and even asked I come in again just to tell her how it went. As long as I live in Toronto, this will be the only place I buy paint or painting supplies.
First time visiting this store. Never painted wall before, so was relying heavily on the store’s consultants. Asked all my questions and showed photo of the wall. Ended up paying for a way more paint than I needed for my little project. I haven’t even used half of it. Disappointed.
Excellent service. We have gone out of our way to go back here. There are other Benjamin Moore stores closer to our home, but the staff is very patient and helpful. Highly recommended

I visited the Benjamin Moore store on Saturday Oct 23rd. The lady there was in no mood to help me. The worst customer experience I could get! I showed her some paint and wanted to get a code for that color. She said that every Benjamin Moore store has a different mixing machine and only if my contractor bought paint from there it will come out to be the same color or else it will be different!!! I was hoping to get some advice, this is what I got instead! The message was clear “ If you will buy paint from our particular store only then we will help you or else get lost!”
Called this morning to pick up some paint. The sales rep was kind enough to let us deposit some money and pay the rest upon picking up since we were in a rush. Other locations said we’d have to arrive and they’ll mix the paint on spot, which would take long. Got there and the paint was ready. Amazing customer service! Will definitely come here again.
