Jaycen is ever so kind and understanding. Me and my wife attended his office and he had a small window in which we shared our experience of the collision we were involved in. He listened and was very sympathetic.and assured us that based on what we experienced gave us some worst case and best case scenarios. He put us at ease despite knowing what the worst outcome could be and of course he also shared the best case. Jaycen literally handled everything for us and told us to get on with life and to leave the rest for him to handle.
