Party Rock is amazing! Cathy is wonderful — so warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making every celebration feel special. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Their selection is unique, fun, and full of things you won’t find anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I went to this store months ago and I had a bad experience with customer service. The cashier was using her phone while checking me out and speaking to someone in Spanish over the phone not sure if she was talking to me. She seemed unfriendly and sounded rude. However, I did like the owner. she's very nice and helpful.
Came to this store the other day, one of the girls who works there was very nice (with glasses), and the girl at the cash register was very unfriendly, almost rude. It's a small store with inflated prices (which is okay), but I would expect friendlier treatment for those prices. While cashing us out, the girl behind the cash register assumed our kid had stolen something which in fact was ours, stating "please don't leave the store with that", at which point I informed her that was ours. If she was friendlier at the outset, I would have just considered it an honest interaction and moved on. Feels like she assumed we were stealing right when we walked in.
I got 5 balloons for my brothers birthday and was very very disappointed. I called to put my order in, i got 3 regular ones, and 2 numbers, 1 and 0. While i got there they put the balloons in a plastic bag and gave it to me and i put it straight in my car. I asked if they get changed by the temperature and she mentioned that in cold weather they will look deflated but they will be normal in reg temperatures. I took it home, after 15 minutes the 0 was not looking full, when I would blow hair dryer on it, it would look normal but after 2 minutes it would go to how it used to be. I thought maybe the house is cold but the other 4 looked full the entire time and even lasted 20 days. I thought by paying 60$ for 5 balloons they would at least last for some pictures. Very disappointed and they should check the quality of their balloons before selling it.
This store is such a ripoff. A lot of the stuff is overpriced, and definitely could get the same thing in a cheaper version. Some of the things don’t even have price tags on them.
Party Rock is a special store. I can’t say enough good things about the owner who is so incredibly kind and helpful. The store always has the coolest, just perfect, items for my celebration. The owner always goes above and beyond which is especially appreciated since I’m usually doing last minute shopping! Also, this is NOT just a party store! So many amazing toys and other fun items. Check it out. You’ll become a regular just like me!
Great addition to Avenue road. Packed with cool unique gifts for every age. Party favours, board games, children’s toys, teenager gifts, house warming gifts, adult novelty items, balloons for every occasion, loads of party decorations in a bunch of themes and SO MUCH more! Party rock has everything and the staff has such awesome knowledge of their stock to make great recommendations when you don’t know where to start.
