This place is always a great and smooth experience! The dentist is very patient and kid friendly. I will definitely be bringing my child back here all the time.

All the staff are kind, friendly and professional. We've seen a different dentist each time and they've all been kind, knowledgeable and professional. I truly feel they are there to give the best for my child. Also they always take us in promptly which I really appreciate.
If I can give zero stars, I would. This place is not for kids. Don’t send your kids here. It’s a terrible place. I brought my daughter (who is excellent in the chair) here to fill a cavity. First they said she needs to be sedated and when I refused that route, the dentist offered laughing gas. I agreed and took my five year old in. My daughter was excellent and they froze her tooth and she was compliant. Next, the dentist insisted on inserting a massive vacuum /divider that was way too big for my daughters mouth and after two failed inserts, she sent us home. We went back today and same thing, they gave her the gas and froze the tooth and tried the vacuum again. After two failed attempts to insert it (it’s too big) she was ready to give up. She refused to use the regular suction vacuum and only because I begged, she tried a. Third time to put this huge thing in. Now that it’s in, she needed to work on the tooth…. She tried to put her tool in and my daughter reached her hands up… the dentist now removes her tools and says your daughter is not ready. Come back later. She tells me she’s gonna put something on that helps the cavity not spread. I said ok and then we left. Next thing I know, I’m getting a call saying you need to pay for this as it’s not covered by insurance ( wasn’t told this before application) and if you don’t pay by 4pm we send you to collections. I spoke to the manager about not consenting to out of pocket payments and how non assertive his dentist is and how traumatizing this whole experience has been and he only cared about getting paid. My five year old got two needles and both times, the dentist didn’t do the work. This place is not for kids… it’s a nightmare. They only care about payment. They will send u away as many times as they can and offer the most invasive procedures. Find another place please don’t come here. Dear owner who “replied” stop the bullshit. I already spoke to management. You don’t need to keep pretending that you’re going to fix the problem. The problem is your dentist cannot do the job and you’re month hungry at kids’ expense.
