They are not normal, I called them and asked a simple question, how much does it cost to cut my nails and the answer was they don't know. Then why are you working there if you don't know how much it costs? Just take your dog, they'll cut his nails and then they'll figure out a price. It's all a joke.

I was there today, it was a great experience for me and my lovely Annabelle. I appreciate Emma the receptionist for making a follow-up with me yesterday. Today, Daniela who is in-charged in the store was very accommodating and quite nice. The groomer Bianca, handled my Annabelle so well. She is very professional. I will indeed, come back to this place the next grooming session of my beautiful Annabelle. Thank you so much for the job well done Bianca. I highly recommended this Pet Valu Grooming place.
Great shop. Always very clean and great selection. Amazing staff. Today I witnessed how thoughtful the girls on the counter were. They listed to an older man that really wanted to talk to someone a bit and after he paid one of the girls offered to carry his heavy bag to his car. That was so nice. Recommend 100%
I went to purchase dog treats,was served by a girl by the name of Emma, so polite& helpful. I wish every store that I shopped in pleasant employees like Emma. Great person. 5☆
I go here for my hamster, a lot of the time had Pet valu you just cannot find anything that great for small rodents, however this is the exception. theres a decent selection, I just wish they carried the Kaytee Clean and Cozy bedding.
