Staff are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is great, store is neat and it is well decorated. Food is good. Will definitely go back here for another pho experience
The first photo is from a previous visit, and the second photo is from today. The amount of rare beef has clearly been reduced compared to before. In the second photo, I had already eaten the noodles first. I took some time to find the older photo to confirm whether the amount of rare beef had really decreased. I have been coming to this restaurant around 20 times. However, when I asked, the staff said that the portion was the same as always. Honestly, I was very disappointed.
Their heater is broken(they said they will fixed by tonight, hopefully) I had meal there today the whole time I am feeling there's fan keeping blowing to me even I am eating pho but my whole body is coldddd, not enjoyable, I really recommend you guys should let me know that your heater is broken, so this way I won't eat here because today is -6°C, it's soo cold outside, I really just want to find a spot that is at least warm.
I’ve always loved this place, but today the noodle portion was much smaller — almost enough to make me wonder if I just eat more now (I don’t!). I also ordered tofu pad thai and found a burnt piece of chicken in it. There shouldn’t be any chicken in a tofu dish — if someone had allergies, this could’ve been a serious issue, and it felt like the pan wasn’t cleaned properly. The food still tasted good, but the portion was disappointing.
I come here often with my coworker to get the lunch special and it is definitely worth the money for what you get! I got the rare beef pho with spring roll and whipped milo iced coffee. The food here is always good, love the pho broth! Not too salty and the serving size is great. The ambiance is so nice, the decor inside is really cute and I like that the servers are quick to get you seated and always checks up on how you are doing. Will definitely keep coming here to try more stuff on the menu
This restaurant used to be one of my favorite places because of its delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. However, during my last takeout order, I found a piece of metal scrubber in the food. On my recent dine-in visit, the noodles I ordered came in a very small portion—as if one bowl had been divided into two—with most of the noodles broken and only the broth filling the bowl. It was nearly impossible to eat with chopsticks. When I brought this issue to the staff’s attention, they were unable to respond appropriately, and my request to speak with the manager was ignored. In the end, the restaurant tried to resolve the matter with only a 5% discount. Leaving the restaurant hungry and disappointed was an extremely unpleasant experience. Do you truly believe that a 5% discount makes up for all of this? For me, what matters most is not the service or the ambiance, but the honesty and quality of the food and receiving the value I pay for. I sincerely hope this restaurant will strive to provide meals that customers can trust and return for with confidence.
It's a great new restaurant! I tried the house pho on this cold winter day and my friend got lemongrass beef—both were amazing! The restaurant's design is gorgeous too! ✨ #vietnamese
