Do not come here. Got my iphone 15 glass back replaced after I dropped it and it shattered. They replaced it and guaranteed that if there were any issue I would get 50% back minimum. The day after they replace it, there is glue peeling off the back of the phone, and one of the microphones at the bottom of the phone was not working. The back also was not perfectly centered. I went back to get a refund one week last and the manager kept saying theres nothing they can do. I brought it to apple and they will NOT touch it because they notice it’s a non apple phone back. What a joke, these guys suck, avoid at all cost and pay the full priced apple fee.
Went for a screen protector the day after I got my iPad. Within days there was a bubble. I took it back. The man said by iPad case was causing it and he readjusted the iPad in the case. It was fine. For a day. I took it back. With the receipt. The work wasn’t even a month old. I got a whole bunch of blowback. They don’t guarantee the glass. WHAT ABOUT GUARANTEEING THE QUALITY OF THE WORK! I have new glass. After a call to the manager who also told me it wasn’t guaranteed. I’ll never go back there again.
If you guys are going to have someone answer the phone please make sure the can at least understand and answer simple questions, all I asked the guy was can he fix the problems on my Google pay on my phone, and he couldn't understand what I was asking.
I changed one-plus 5 display here. It stopped working all of a sudden in 40 days. when i went to their shop again they said it's physical damage though there is no sign of physical damage. when I argued that there is no physical damage they started telling pressure might be from inside mobile and it is also considered as physical damage. Please never trust this store.
Great work in a timely manner. Very honest. They fixed my iPad screen last fall and was very happy with things. More recently, they fixed the camera on my wife's iPhone. Would recommend them.
STAY AWAY from iTech Wireless. Had screen replaced by iTech Wireless and they installed screen protector at same time. Came back next day to complain that it was hard to type. He removed the screen protector and the typing was slightly better. I Asked to replaced screen as was still not satisfied that I couldn’t use screen protector and he refused said it worked fine. One Month later the screen started popping out. Went back to store and he refused to honour warranty. Said screen popping out was my fault. Worse service and customer service I have ever received.
Ok, I don't like writing bad reviews for anyone but this time I will. I left my phone Thursday but now its Sunday...and they told me they are still working on it...I need my phone too you know...and they even told me the day I dropped it that I'm supposed to pick it up by Friday afternoon and gave them more time but now they told me it SHOULD BE DONE BY TOMORROW and they are NOT EVEN SURE if it will be done...BRAH what kind of service is that
