I hired Alpha Photo Booths for my wedding this past November and I will only write honest reviews. So listen up everyone who is interested in a unique Photo Booth for your next event. I always wanted a Photo Booth for my wedding but i wanted something to stand out, something i’ve never seen before. As soon as i contacted Bilal, he responded with clear communication, he advised me to look at their instagram profile to see what exactly my photo booth would look like and ideas for backgrounds. I definitely did my homework and contacted other companies to get pricing but nothing came close to the agreement made with Alpha. Within a few weeks we signed our contract and didn’t have to speak for months. The week before my wedding i sent the monogram for my print outs and asked for landscape prints with 3 photos on them. I got exactly that. In all honesty there was a mishap, the night of my wedding the driver had an issue with his car and they arrived an hour late since they had to find a replacement driver. My MC came up to me asking why the photo booth isnt set up and i said i better call to find out. The representative came well equipped, apologized extensively and even said he would stay longer for the inconvenience but my guests didn’t stay as long as he was willing to remain. Bilal was very apologetic and even agreed to a discounted balance due to their inability to arrive on time so i didnt have to pay for the lost time. I got all my photos sent to me within 2 days of my wedding and everyone was so happy. The mirror photo booth isnt such a hit and I really hope everyone has the same experience i did. I would 100% recommend Alpha Photo Booths. Thank you Bilal and your team for everything!
Used them for a university formal. Everything and everyone was great! Organizer and attendant were super nice and accommodating and communication was amazing. Everyone loved the mirror photobooth and I was given digital copies to send to everyone too. Cannot recommend them enough!!
They did not honour the contract to provide us with the photos taken at the booth after the wedding. We sent multiple emails with no response. Don't trust this business to follow what you pay for.
I hired Alpha Photo Booths for my wedding. More than a year later and I have not received the photos from the wedding as per the package and agreement. When I emailed inquiring about the photos Bilal asked me to send him the contract, which I did. After that he has been ignoring my email inquiries to receive the photos. If you want your wedding photos back then do not hire them!
The service was incredible! Bilal made booking easier and I trusted I had no worry. Him and his team delivered that and more. A very pleasant team to deal with, I highly recommended Alpha Photo Booths you will not be disappointed! Thank you for adding a special touch to my daughters sweet 16.
Bilal and his team (Moe) were excellent during my event. Communication was perfect! Highly recommend for any event you host. Customer service was exceptional!. Ensured I was okay for him to wrap up before he packed. Definitely going to hire again for future events.
One of the most selfish companies that I've ever seen... Really disappointing that they don't support the community! Actually I I have nothing to do with any of your competitors but I was harassed by one of them. As for yourself, we are a nonprofit that contacted your company and was rudely turned away before I even hearing anything that we had to say.
