Ziro Ziro Ziro! Unfortunately there's no less than one star! Otherwise I have to give it Zero star! highly recommended to ignore this kind of poor service! I just wanted to write a name on the paper and print, she asked for $10 just because she knew that I really needed it! She tried to make Monopoliting! There's an Asian woman! She was non friendly at all!
Great experience here! This is a legitimate photo studio located in the lower level of Peanut Plaza (follow the stairs beside Tone Tai). Got my photo ID taken here for the China Visa and had no issues submitting it for my application. Digital and physical copies were good too. Process was quick and smooth. Woman at the counter is friendly and helpful! Would recommend.
Make sure the photo that was taken by her meets all requirements before submitting. The lady did such a quick job to took a picture of my 3 months baby for passport application. However, it was rejected by Service Canada due to the red eye, which I should've checked. I trusted her too much. So we had to retake and I noticed that his hand was shown in the picture this time. We had to ask her to edit. Thank god I realized before resubmitting again. Whole experience was quite a hassle.
In the basement of Peanut Plaza - the stairs are in the mall near the checkout registers of Tone Tai Supermarket. The lady took my picture within 2 minutes of arriving, the prints were ready in 15 minutes, and the price is reasonable. Recommend!
Not Recommended for Official Photos! This studio lacks expertise in meeting IRCC photo standards. My photo was rejected, and the photographer wouldn’t cooperate to fix their mistake. Highly disappointed!
This is a REAL photography studio with proper lighting. They took beautiful passport images for me and my mother. No harsh shadows and professionally done. Our skin looks amazing. Ready in 20 minutes and open on Sundays too. Even the Service Canada worker complimented our photos and was shocked we got them for only $15!! Shoppers and Walmart charges $25 and random staff people take UGLY photos of you. ProPassport is in a dinky small corner out of a convenience store that is also NOT professionally set up. Choose wisely… your passport is 10 years after all.
this shop owner who is don’t abide by integrity, she’s not honor to customers. I paid extra money for digital photos to her, so she should honesty send me photos by email. But she did not send and also did not answer me when I called her and send message 5 times to remind her. She never answers!
