A few very disappointing experiences with Uheal. They pressure you to buy care packages sold under misleading terms. You buy 5, and then they would want to deny you the last one. I had to fight to get what was rightfully mine. Their RMTs are not very good; they only have one that I would go to, and the others barely had any impact on my problem areas. Sometimes, if something is wrong with the equipment, instead of focusing on their client, they try to fix it, which robs the client of their time. In addition, based on my personal experience, I felt that I was treated differently from other customers, which raised serious concerns for me about fairness and respect towards other minorities in the community. Overall, the experience with Uheal lacked transparency and professionalism. I would advise others to proceed with caution and get everything in writing before purchasing any care packages with them.
Uheal is really amazing! The staffs, professional massage therapists, physiotherapists are very friendly, with efficient hands, very professional and understanding. The place is very clean and tidy. Every patient is handled with great courtesy and respect! They keep the appointment time very punctual, no long waiting period! I highly recommend this clinic. I am incredibly satisfied with the service at this therapeutic center. The ambiance is elegant. The massage beds are exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff are incredibly friendlt. I highly recommend this therapeutic center to anyone in need of relaxation and stress relief.
The therapist is very professional, the treatment is very effective, and the clinic is very clean and quiet. The front desk is very friendly, especially Annie, kindly and very helpful.
Very unprofessional. When I arrived, the front desk told me the room was still being cleaned and asked me to wait a bit, but assured me it wouldn’t affect the treatment time — they said I would receive the full session. But in the end, there was no extra time added; it ended exactly on time. When I asked afterward why a 1-hour treatment only lasted 45 minutes, they explained that in traditional Chinese medicine, the practitioner controls the timing and when the time’s up, it’s up. Isn’t that contradictory? First, they proactively say that the room needs a little more time but the treatment duration won’t be affected and will be made up. Then later they claim 45 minutes is enough according to TCM standards and there’s no need for the full hour. Two stars because when I had treatments here one year ago, the front desk staff were very nice and there were never any timing issues — they always informed me in advance if anything came up. Unlike the recent treatments in the past half year, where the driver often arrives late, but they only call me right at the last minute to let me know. Even when the delay is on their side, it ends up counting against my time, without any explanation.
