I called Ilya the next day, and he was incredibly understanding and accommodating. He helped me exchange the piano for a smaller, more compact one that suited my needs perfectly. The piano is in excellent condition, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the experience. Ilya was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I’m glad I found this shop! Ilya the owner knows his work well, is very professional, friendly, and patient in explaining things. I tried every piano in the shop and found my beloved one. It was as if I was Harry Potter in Ollivanders wand shop, when I tried this one I immediately fell in love with it. They inspect and tune the piano before and after delivery, and provide free delivery. Very happy!
I initially left Ilya a message on the company's site to look at my existing piano which was in terrible condition (60+ years old, probably needed thousands of dollars in repairs to get it to a somewhat playable state), and he called me instantly and arranged to personally come look at the piano the next day. He identified the various issues with the piano, and after talking with him we decided to buy a new piano from him and throw away the old one. We went to the store that same day and bought a used piano in great condition. It was delivered just a few days later, and the old piano was taken away. It was untuned when it arrived, so I called Ilya and he gave me the phone number of his piano tuner who came the next day and tuned the piano to perfection. The new piano was not too expensive and is in good condition.

I found these guys online, asked to go to their warehouse in the evening due to my work hours. they came and opened at 9 pm just to serve me. excellent customer service. dedicated people. honest and helpful. their pianos have long term warranty and 2 free tuning. what does this mean?it means they can't afford selling you bad quality stuff. I am happy with them. they r also very responsive.
