Overall, we had a good experience with Galleria and are very happy with how our ketubah ultimately turned out. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and they clearly take pride in their work. That said, when we first picked it up, the frame had noticeable scratches, which was disappointing given how meaningful the piece is. I had to make a few extra trips back to the store to have it replaced. To their credit, they did take care of the issue and replaced the frame, and the final result is lovely. Because of the initial oversight and inconvenience, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but I would still recommend them for their quality work and willingness to make things right.
They did an absolutely amazing job framing our painting. Every detail was handled with such care. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really elevated the piece, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. Couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them.
As a professional painter, I highly recommend these guys. I brought my largest oil painting yet (30"x60") and Aret was great at suggesting a few different styles. When I found the one I knew would look best, but was a bit out of my budget, Aret was willing to drop to the price because he saw it was going to look incredible. After receving it a few days ago I can confirm it was definitely worth it. Take a look and you'll see for yourself.

I had a 25 x 30 cm piece framed here recently. The staff member who helped me choose the frame was very knowledgeable and patient — he guided me to a design that really complements the artwork. The final result looks beautiful and high-quality. The only downsides were that the order took a bit longer than expected and the cost was on the higher side. That said, the craftsmanship and service were great overall, and I’m happy with how it turned out.
