I purchased approximately 100$ worth of succulent plants online on June 27 2025. Reached out to shop by email on July 30th because I had not received a shipping notice at all. No reply. I reached out on August 5th and resent my same message to see if they had shipped it. They replied back and I recieved a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours. September 17 I reached out to them to see if I could recieve the tracking number for it because I still had not recieved my succulents. No reply. I resent the email on September 20th. No reply. This is the worst experience that I have ever had ordering succulents (or anything) online. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I highly recommend anyone to rethink before they order from this store online. There are plenty of other online stores that sell succulents and they actually arrive. Not impressed.
Doesn't answer email, seems like the owner is inactive but my payment still went through an online purchase 2 months ago and to this day I haven't receive my order.
I purchased 6 succulents from them at the Reptile and plant expo in Toronto. When I got home and was repotting them, they all had mealybugs, sadly I had to toss them, as I did not want to battle with the infestation. I reached out to them right away, they completely ignored me.
Terrible service. No communication and not even a thank you. Terrible business. I had shared this business with my cousin and two friends and they will now not order from them based on reviews and my own experience. What a loss. But I found a different BETTER BUSINESS ELSEWHERE and was able to refer them to a beautiful succulent store where the owner is super prompt in reply, offered accomodations and even packed a freebie !!!!!
I am not usually one to leave a review, let alone a negative one, however my experience with nvi garden has been frustrating, to say the least. I placed my order for delivery on May 7. After reading the timelines of approximately how long delivery would be (essentially about 7 days), I waited patiently for my succulents to arrive. After about 10 days with no delivery, I sent a follow up email asking if they had any kind of status? No response. I phoned several times before finally being able to speak to someone, who informed me that they were backed up due to Mother’s Day (understandable), but was assured I’d be receiving my delivery in the next couple of days. That was over a week ago. I phoned again, was told the flowers hadn’t fully dried but that the package was being sent out and I would receive it in the next day or two - I did not. I called AGAIN (concerned that maybe there was an issue with the address) and was told there was another hold up but that the shipment was out for delivery. I asked for a tracking number and was told they would have to find it, and could they call me back? They never did. It is now a full 3 weeks, I have had no updates or communication whatsoever, nor have I received the products I paid for. I have attempted to call numerous times but have not been able to get through to anyone. My advice if you want to purchase from this shop - do it in person so you actually get what you pay for.
Bought two packages of succulent plants plus individual picks from them today. I don't know what is included in the package beforehand and it turned out the package combination is awesome. They have chosen exactly what l preferred in my message to them. No regret at all. Would definitely keep an eye on their website because I am still looking for rare succulent for my collection.
I tried to get in touch through their Facebook and Instagram, there was some responses, but when it came to dealing with the dates or times, asking if it's OK, the owner stopped responding. I understand it could be inconvenient for meeting up a place not close by, but if you sold the products, at least replied that, instead of staying silence. I was quite frustrated and insulted, especially seeing all the positive reviews. I kept waiting for responses, then one day I just realized it's sold. If it's a no, then say a no. Even they have a species I want, I would look into other stores now.
