We came to see our baby at 30 weeks the tech was the sweetest and made us feel so comfortable! If you’re looking for a place to go come here. I wish we came here with our son.
Seeing your baby for the first time in 3D is an incredible feeling. My partner and I really enjoyed being able to see his little face. However, we would have liked the session to really last 30min, since we booked and paid for 30 min, or at least they asked us if we wanted to finish the session in their time and did not end the session because "there was nothing more to see". The session started at 10:50min and they ended it and 11:08, I appreciate Emma's kindness but it didn't seem right for them to do that. Also, the video was supposed to be of the entire recording, the video lasts 20 min but the last 5 of them are with the black screen..
My fiance and I had a great experience with Emma. She was really kind and engaging with us. Our baby was hiding at first but Emma was able to get some really great pictures of our baby after getting me to change positions. My fiance was really impressed with her too and praised her expertise. The room is clean and warm which makes you feel comfort during your appointment. Emma also did my friend's 3D ultrasound a couple of years back and had a great experience with her too. So I made sure to come back to see her when it was my turn! The receptionist was super nice too! I highly recommend this place and would come back again.
She is so kind and helpful, the best experience is provided. Easy to find the place and very good &friendly manners from the receptionist. Can't wait to go again! Perfect place to see your baby
My intial appointment was for a day short of 17 weeks for the gender confirmation assessment, My little one was hiding and just would not open their legs. Emma was so patient and asked that I reschedule at no additional cost. I went back to the clinic at 18 weeks after having a caramel iced cap and We had a very active baby on our hands. Emma was so accomodating and could not have made the moment any more special than it was with my husband present. I would recommend any expecting mother to go peek in and see what their little one is upto. I cant wait to revisit at 28/30 weeks to get a better view of the baby’s face and features.
What a wonderful place! Everyone is so warm and kind. They made the experience so positive. We had a great experience and will definitely go back for baby #2!
I had an amazing experience here. The receptionist was very kind and professional, she even came out to meet me when I thought I was lost. The tech (Emma) was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. She really knew what she was doing as baby wasn’t in the best position initially and she helped me get baby to move :) thank you guys so much!!
